Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, February 1, 2022)-“STATUS OF CONFISCATED GOODS BY THE KPK”

Goods confiscated in criminal cases that are not the result of a criminal act are private goods so that they are included in the realm of civil law. Goods that are not the proceeds of crime and are not included as evidence used in criminal acts confiscated in criminal cases by Investigators ARE BASELESS ACTS OR UNLAWFUL ACT and detrimental to the subjective rights of the Appeal to the Supreme Court Applicant/Plaintiff.
