The general principles of controlling buildings that are possible to be demolished have the following criteria (alternatively):
1. Buildings that were not built on the basis of legal rights.
2. Buildings that were built against the agreed Spatial Plan.
3. Buildings that were built turned out to be a threat to public safety.
