THE LAWSUIT IS PREMATURE BECAUSE THE DEFENDANT HAS NOT DONE WHAT THE PLAINTIFF ACCUSES

The Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit for actions that have not been carried out by the Defendant, so such a lawsuit is premature so the cassation request should be rejected.
