Our firm places integrity as the utmost important aspect of delivering our services. We believe business still demands integrity, and therefore integrity does have a market.

In order that we can deliver our service with integrity, we should have knowledge. We invest our time to build up our knowledge, about the laws, the case, and our client’s interest. We use the knowledge to make the best advice to our clients and to provide them with insight into every risk and advantage for every decision and step that the client has.  

We place reliability for every fact and supporting evidence to our arguments, advises, and also defenses. We know that it is important for evidence to be reliable in order that we can provide our product to the client, and thus secure the interest of the client. By placing reliability also we maintain good communication with our client for every information related to the case that we handled so that we can give accountability for every work that we produce. 

Therefore, these are our firm’s philosophies which are Integrity, Knowledge, and Reliability to conduct and maintain our quality of services.

Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. Integrity means that our firm upholds honesty and moral values, our office will also treat our clients with honesty and high morality.

Knowledge is familiarity, awareness, or understanding of someone or something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is acquired through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or learning. In our firm, our knowledge is a key to provide quality services to our client.

Reliability is the aspect of the evidence that the fact-finder feels able to rely upon in coming to a decision. Our firm believes that we must have reliable facts and evidence before making decisions for our clients to ensure that we maintain our quality services to our clients. We also believe that reliable means that we do our service in a timely manner and report our client for every progress of the case we handle as soon as we know any of the progress, so that our client may know the progress and what to do for every progress happened.

Our firm is committed to working hard to resolve any legal issues without litigation, nonetheless, if it is necessary, our firm will strive to ensure that our clients will get their legal issues dealt with, effectively, efficiently, supported by a team of experienced lawyers in litigation with a good reputation.


Our History


Fredrik J Pinakunary Law Offices was founded on the 1st of February 2008 by Mr. Fredrik J. Pinakunary, a lawyer with years of experience in handling various high profile cases and representing multinational corporations in commercial litigation matter. 

Based on our founder extensive experience, our firm primary practice is Civil and Commercial Litigation, where we advise clients and represented them in a lawsuit either as the plaintiff or as the defendant in the court process. As we develop, we began expanding our expertise and practice to include also criminal, aviation, and environmental law. 

Our Founder believes three fundamentals rules in conducting the service: Integrity, Knowledge, and Reliability. With those three fundamentals rules and hard work from the team, our firm gains a reputation as one of the ‘clean’ litigation firms in Indonesia.

Our firm comprises a team of lawyers with skill and experience to solve legal issues by offering practical and timely solutions accord to the relevant laws in Indonesia. Through the years, our firm makes trained and capable lawyers to solve our client’s legal matters.
