Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, December 14, 2021)-PROJECT CORRUPTION ON THE ORDERS OF SUPERIORS

A State Civil Apparatus at the Forestry Service who, on the orders of his superiors, is proven to have violated the implementation of the Reforestation Project. His actions have harmed the state’s finances but this was not done of his own will. Therefore, the juridical responsibility for the corruption case must be borne by the superior who gave the order, not to the State Civil Apparatus who carried out the orders of his superiors.
