Intervention (Derden Verzet) on security seizure (Conservatoir Beslag)

An intervention submitted by a third party against a security seizure that has been placed by the District Court in a civil lawsuit, the intervention of the third party (derden verzet) is still justifiable and acceptable as long as the decision on the main lawsuit is still not legally binding and the security seizure has not yet appointed by the court.
