that the new evidence (Novum) does not meet the provisions of Article 69 letter b of Law no. 14 of 1985 because the novum was not sworn in by the competent authority and the day and date of the discovery of the novum was not stated. The legal consequences of this novum cannot be accepted or rejected by the Supreme Court.
