Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, December 19, 2021)-EXPANSION OF PRETRIAL OBJECTS

Regarding the application for judicial review of Article 77 letter (a) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Constitutional Court decided to expand the object of the pretrial application, not only regarding the validity of the termination of investigation and prosecution, but adding three new things included in the pretrial object, namely the determination of suspects, searches and seizures.
