Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, December 20, 2021)-THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR CANNOT SUBMIT A REVIEW TO THE SUPREME COURT OF A DECISION THAT HAS BEEN IN KRACHT
The Constitutional Court granted the request of Anna Boentaran, wife of Djoko Tjandra and stated that the Public Prosecutor could not submit a Review to the Supreme Court of the Court’s Decision which has permanent legal force.
