“SHAREHOLDERS DO NOT NEED TO SIGN A POWER OF ATTORNEY”

To be able to file a lawsuit, it is not necessary for a Limited Liability Company to first obtain a Specific Power of Attorney from the President Director and Shareholders, because Limited Liability Company as a legal entity can file a lawsuit to the District Court represented by its President Director.
