Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, April 23, 2022) – “ADDITIONAL EXAMINATION BY THE SUPREME COURT”

The Supreme Court before making a final decision may stipulate in the Interlocutory Decision to conduct an Additional Examination conducted by the Supreme Court itself in order to clearly know the object of the dispute, namely the status and location of the land as well as other matters related to the disputed land which is deemed necessary.
