Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, April 25, 2022) – “THE PARTIES THAT MUST BE SUED IF THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN LEGALIZED”

Because the “Limited Liability Company” in this case has not yet received legalization from the Minister of Justice as a legal entity, which legalization is an absolute requirement for the establishment of a Limited Liability Company (N.V), then all companies that have signed the Agreement should have been sued.
