Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, April 17, 2022) – “PHOTOCOPY OF THE LETTER – ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE OPPONENT”

A letter in the form of a photocopy that is submitted in court as evidence by one of the parties, both the Plaintiff and the Defendant, although the original letter cannot be shown at hearing, but because the photocopy of the letter has been acknowledged and justified by the opposing party, the photocopy of the letter can be accepted as legal evidence in court.
