Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, December 3, 2021)-THE DECISION OF THE DISTRICT COURT REGARDING ABSOLUTE/RELATIVE COMPETENCE IS THE FINAL DECISION

The decision of the District Court which stated that the District Court is “not authorized to adjudicate this case” in the form of absolute and relative competence is a “Final Decision”, so this decision can be appealed to the High Court (Article 9 of Law No. 20 of 1947).

Supreme Court Decision No. 2146 K/Pdt/1986 dated November 21, 1990
