Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, November 28, 2021)-NOTARY IS NOT OBLIGED TO CHECK THE MATERIAL MATTERS

Judex Facti annulled the Notary Deed, this action cannot be justified because the Notary’s job is only to record things that are desired and stated by the parties who appear before the Notary. There is no obligation of the Notary to check the material matters that was presented by the parties who appear before the Notary. Judex Facti should have only annulled the legal action of Defendant I which changed the Articles of Association NV in the Notary Deed, whereas he/she had no right to exercise that right.
