Criminal liability is individual.
Shop owners/employers cannot be held responsible for criminal acts committed by their employees, with the consideration that (i) a crime is individual in nature in the sense that it is not certain that what was done by subordinates can also be imposed on their superiors (ii) there is no evidence that can be used as a basis for declaring that the convict has cooperated with Budi Mulia Twinarto in committing a crime.
