Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, March 30, 2022) – “CRIMINAL PUNISHMENT FOR HOMOSEXUALS AMONG INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMED FORCES (TNI) SOLDIERS”

The Supreme Court decided that having same-sex relations among TNI soldiers is an act classified as an act of deliberately disobeying an official order, in this case the Telegram Letter of KASAD No. 1312 of 2009 which among other things prohibits TNI soldiers from having homosexual relations.
