Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, March 29, 2022) – “THE LOSS OF THE BUSINESS JUDGMENT RULE IS NOT A CRIME”

The Business Judgment Rule does not consider as a crime as long as there is no fraud, conflict of interest, unlawful act, and intentional error. The Supreme Court stated that the actions of the Accused (Karen Agustiawan) were indeed proven according to the indictment but the act itself was not a crime.
