Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, June 15, 20220 – “FOUNDATION MANAGEMENT”

Foundation that is approved by the founders are valid and all activities conducted based on the amendments to the Articles of Association are binding on the founders and management of the Foundation. Acts committed by the management of the Foundation who have been dismissed are considered unlawful act.
