 Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, June 14, 2022) – “PROHIBITION OF LAND CLEARING BY BURNING”

Review to the Supreme Court Respondent (PT Surya Panen Subur) must bear civil liability even though Review to the Supreme Court Respondent has a business license, because a business license cannot eliminate civil liability if it is proven that Review to the Supreme Court Respondent has violated the law (Article 69 (1) of Environmental Law prohibits land clearing by burning).
