Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, April 20, 2022) – CRIMINAL DECISION CAN BE USED AS THE BASIS FOR CIVIL LAWSUIT

That because the Southeast Sulawesi High Court has wrongly applied the law due to the fault of the Respondent/Defendant which has been declared proven based on the Kendari District Court Decision No. 12/Pid/B/1994/PN.Kdi which already has permanent legal force, it can be used as the basis for suing in a civil court for the losses suffered as a result of the actions of the Defendant (Respondent for Appeal to the Supreme Court).
