CRITERIA FOR SALE PURCHASE DEED WHICH IS CANCELED BY LAW

The PPAT Sale and Purchase Deed does not have authentic force and is null and void if the land that is the object of the sale and purchase is not clearly stated in the deed, both the ownership parcel number and the cohir parcel of land and the parcel block. The columns regarding this matter have been left blank without being filled in by the PPAT.

–> Decision No. 1250 K/Pdt/1986 dated 20 July 1989.
