THE AUTHORIZED PARTY TO ASSIST IN THE EXECUTION OF THE OBJECT OF FIDUCIARY SECURITY IS THE STATE COURT

Thus, the creditor cannot carry out forced executions himself, for example by asking for assistance from the police, if there is a default by the fiduciary right (debtor) against the creditor which is still not recognized by the debtor and the debtor objects to voluntarily handing over the objects that are the object of the agreement fiduciary.
