Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, May 3, 2022) – “THE DEMURRER IN JURISDICTION IS GRANTED, SO THE COURT DOES NOT NEED TO CONSIDER FURTHER REGARDING THE CLAIM”

Because the demurrer of Defendants I, II, III and IV are deemed appropriate and grounded according to law, the court does not need to consider further about the plaintiff’s claim, and subsequently the plaintiff’s claim must be declared unacceptable.
