Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, December 28, 2021)-LAWSUIT AGAINST PREMATURE SIAC RULING

In accordance with the facts of the trial that the Executing Decision of the Chairman of the Central Jakarta District Court had not yet been issued, so the lawsuit to reject to implement the International Arbitration Award in casu SIAC Arbitration Award Number 169 was too early (premature).
