Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, December 27, 2021)-APPLICATION FOR ANNULMENT OF THE REJECTED BANI DECISION

Judex Facti a quo decision cannot be appealed to the Supreme Court because Judex Facti’s application for annulment of the BANI Arbitration Award dated 16 January 2013 was declared “rejected”.
