AN INDICATION PROOF IS SUFFICIENT TO PROVE THE OCCURRENCE OF AN INTERCOURSE

 
To prove that there was intercourse, it is impossible to rely on eyewitnesses alone. Therefore, the existence of an indication proof is sufficient
to establish the judge’s conviction that this fact will be proven.
