THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT CHANGED THE AGE CRITERIA OF CHILDREN FROM 16 YEARS TO 18 YEARS
 
The Constitutional Court considers that the provisions of Article 7 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law No.1/1974 contradict the 1945 Law and the Child
Protection Law, which state that children are those under 18 years of age. Therefore, anyone under 18 is still included in the category of children.
