POSITIONING THE ELDEST SON AS THE SOLE RECIPIENT OF THEIR PARENT’S INHERITANCE IS UNFAIR

Positioning the eldest son as the sole beneficiary of their parent’s inheritance is unfair. Inheritance must be divided equally without distinguishing women or men, including in Chinese customary law.
