DECISION IS IMPERFECT BECAUSE EXCEPTIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED

If exceptions are not considered, the decision is declared imperfect (Onvoldoende Gemotiveerd);
A power of attorney that does not state all the names of the defendants in full does not make the power of attorney invalid.
