Today’s Legal Enlightenment  (Tuesday, 2 August 2022 ) – “CHILDREN BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK ALSO HAVE A CIVIL RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR FATHER’S FAMILY”

Children born out of wedlock have a civil relationship with their mother and a man as their father, which can be proven based on science and technology and/or other evidence according to the law to have blood relations, including civil relations with the father’s family.
