Today’s Legal Enlightenment  (Monday, 1 August 2022 ) – “A COOPERATION AGREEMENT ONLY BINDS ON THE PARTIES IN IT BECAUSE IT IS WRONG TO INCLUDE THE OTHER PARTIES IN THE LAWSUIT”

A cooperation agreement, based on Article 1340 of the Civil Code, is only binding on parties to the agreement. Therefore, the claim that binds Defendants I and II, who did not sign the agreement, is wrong and must be declared unacceptable.
