INDIRECT EVIDENCE IN CONFORMITY WITH LOGIC AND COMMON SENSE HAS BEEN CONSIDERED SUFFICIENT TO SHOW THE EXISTENCE OF A TENDER CONTRACTION

Tender conspiracy is an act carried out by tender participants or parties involved in tender activities secretly (tacit) so that in competition law indirect evidence which is in accordance with common sense logic is considered sufficient to show the existence of bid rigging.
