VIOLATIONS OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW OCCUR BECAUSE MANUFACTURERS OFFER UNTRUE PROMISES

The facts revealed at the trial turned out to be that the business actor i.c. PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia was proven to have violated the provisions of Article 9 paragraph (1) letter k and Article 10 letter c of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, namely offering false and misleading promises or conditions.

–> Supreme Court Decision No. 659 K/PDT.SUS/2012 dated March 26 2013.
