ONE CANNOT BE PUNISHED FOR THE SECOND TIME
There are cases where someone committed an act that violates customary law and processed and imposed customary sanctions by the customary head in the area. That person cannot be determined as a defendant again (for the second time) in the District Court with the same charge. In this case, it is shown that the Supreme Court still respects the decision of the customary head.
