THE CRITERIA OF AUCTION WINNERS WHO ARE NOT IN GOOD FAITH

An auction winner is declared NOT IN GOOD FAITH AND DOES NOT RECEIVE LEGAL PROTECTION if they turn out to be the creditor themself who purchased with a significantly lower price than the collateral.
