Today’s Legal Enlightenment ( Thursday, March 10, 2022 ) – “THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS IS OBLIGED TO EXAMINE SOCIAL FACTS BEFORE ISSUING STATE ADMINISTRATIVE DECREE”

Prior to issuing a State Administrative Decree (KTUN) on the object of dispute based on the Legal Entity Registration Administration System (sisminbakum), the Minister of Law and Human Rights (Defendant) must pay attention to and examine social facts related to the activities of similar organizations that have been established and active first.
