Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, March 11, 2022) – “SETTLEMENT ELIMINATES THE ELEMENT OF THEFT OFFENSE”

Whereas for objects that are the object of a criminal act there is still a civil dispute between the Accused and the Victim Witness, thus the Accused must be released from all charges. Settlement on joint property that occurs after the theft occurs eliminates the element of theft offense. That makes this action onslag van alle rechts vervolginh.
