Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, 28 July 2022) – “UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT IS AN UNLAWFUL ACT”

The Defendant’s action of unilaterally terminating the agreement they made with the Plaintiff is qualified as an unlawful act because it is contrary to Article 1338 of the Civil Code, which stipulates that an agreement cannot be terminated unless both parties agree to do so.
