Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, January 1, 2022)-BANI AWARD THAT IS CONTRARY TO PUBLIC ORDER

BANI award dated 12 December 2014 in the case of PT. Cipta Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia and PT Berkah Karya Bersama are against public order in casu Court’s decision which has permanent legal force and must be annulled.
