EXTENSION OF THE DEFINITION OF WITNESS

Whereas the significance of “Witness” does not lie in whether they saw, heard, or experienced a criminal incident themself but in whether or not their testimony is relevant to the criminal case being processed. Therefore, it must be understood that all parties whose testimony is “relevant” to the criminal case being processed can become “witnesses” to reveal the truth of the crime being charged.
