A person gives a testamentary grant on the condition that the beneficiary will take care if the grantor is sick. In its development, the grantor is sick but is not taken cared by the beneficiary of the testamentary grant. In this case, the Supreme Court is of the opinion that the grantor can/may revoke the testamentary grant that has been given because the grantor is still alive and the beneficiary does not bid when the grantor is sick.

Supreme Court Decision No. 3704 K/Pdt/1991, dated June 25, 1996
