To be able to combine a claim for money compensation with an examination of a criminal case that takes place in one examination package as referred to in Article 98 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Judge is obliged and must pay attention to the conditions specified in Article 99 paragraph (1) (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, namely the claim for money compensation that is demanded by the victim’s witness is the MONEY TO REIMBURSE THE COSTS THAT HAVE BEEN INCURRED by the victim’s witness who was harmed. Claims for compensation other than that are not allowed to be examined through Article 98 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
