Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, April 1, 2022)-“RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HEIRS”

The responsibility of the Heirs to the debts of the Inheritors is only limited to the amount or value of the inheritance (Compilation of Islamic Law Article 175 paragraph 2). The innate property of the wife cannot be confiscated as collateral for the debts of her late husband because it is not the inheritance of the deceased husband.
