THE SUPERIOR’S RESPONSIBILITY
The criminal responsibility of a civil superior for the actions of their subordinates who commit crimes against humanity (omission) must be based on the existence of de jure or de facto authority, which has a truly effective chain of command (such as a hierarchy in a military organization).
