The Supreme Court has rejected any decision of a judge that initiated a dispute that had a conflict of interest.


The Supreme Court has the authority to annul previous rulings in which the judge leading the hearing had a direct or indirect conflict of interest. In fact, the decision that was the object of the complaint was signed by the chief judge who headed the trial at the time he was serving as the Agrarian Director.
