Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, 14 September 2022) – THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION FOR THE DEATH OF THE PLAINTIFF’S CHILD DUE TO THE DEFENDANT’S CARELESSNESS”

The Supreme Court decided that the matter of the amount of compensation (for the death of the Plaintiff’s child due to the Defendant’s carelessness) in this matter is essentially a matter of appropriateness and equity that cannot be approached with a single measure.
