Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, 13 September 2022) – ASSESSMENT OF WHETHER A SIGNATURE IS FAKE OR NOT MUST BE THROUGH AN EXAMINATION FROM A CRIMINOLOGY LABORATORY AND OR A CRIMINAL DECISION

To assess whether a signature is fake or not, there must be an examination from a Criminology Laboratory and or a criminal decision stating that the signature is fake. This cannot be proven by the Plaintiff.
