Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, 29 June, 2022) – “THE CLAIM IS UNACCEPTABLE”

(The case of YAPI Foundation)

If in the claim, the plaintiff’s factual ground regarding unlawful act while the in the prayers does not state that it has been proven to have conducted unlawful act, then the factual ground and prayers have no relevance, the claim is declared unacceptable.
