CLAIM AGAINST THE MANAGEMENT OF A COOPERATIVE

Cooperatives are not “State Administrative Bodies,” therefore the Chairperson and Secretary of the Cooperative are also not State Administrative Officials as
referred to in Law no. 5 of 1986 concerning “State Administrative Judiciary,” and there is no subordinated relationship between the Management of the Cooperative and Government Officials, i.e., Department of Cooperatives. Therefore, the claim against the Chairman
& Secretary of the Cooperative at the State Administrative Court by the Supreme Court was declared “inadmissible.”
